Collaboration

The development of the aims of the Foundation will be able to be made of the following ways:

a) Directly to the foundation, following the performance programs that will need to be presented to the management.
b) Creating and co-operating in the setting up of other institutions of any nature,, whenever the original aim is reached.
c) Participating in the development of the activities of other organisations or recruiting legal or physical people that are able to reach these aims.

The foundation “Emprende Canarias” will only participate in projects that develop the co-operation of other entities, these entities must fit the following criteria

• To be legally registered.
• To be a non-profit organisation.
• To demonstrate that they have structure, capacity and experience to fulfil the objectives of the presented/displayed project.

The contribution of the foundation “Emprende Canarias” to the said projects can be summed in diverse forms based on the necessary support for the development of the project. This collaboration will preferably be:

In physical terms

• Donation of services, equipment, or diverse material to the company.

Personal

• Presentation of time and/or the voluntary participation of the ICC, staff in the development of the projects.

Knowledge

• Advice given by the personnel of ICC regarding the various projects.

Presence

• The ICC image and those of its companies in the projects and activities that develop the projects of other companies. These companies must be a non-profit organisation.

The foundation “Emprende Canarias” through its management programs, wil only consider projects that are of a social collaboration nature and that meet the following criteria:

The initiatives will materialise in concrete projects that match the goals of the foundation “Emprende Canarias”.

• In the projects, the technology will play an excellent role for its development.
• The projects must be developed in areas where ICC is present or well known.
• The foundation will only participate in the projects of non-profit organisations. It will be excluded specifically as the addressee of the collaboration of the Foundation Undertakes to any institution of particular interest.

Content of the proposals

These initiatives will appear in writing and properly informed, including the following aspects:

• Clear outlining of the objectives and requests of the project.
• Description of the people that will benefit directly from the project.
• A detailed outline of the project (without including the costs to the company).
• Existence of the co-financing of the projects, detailing the set percentage of the contributing entities or institutions.
• Brief description of other projects and previously developed programs.
• Description of the habitual sources of financing of the organisation.
• Implication of the employees of ICC.
• Creditable information on the condition of the head institution or entity in the project, in agreement with the requirements mentioned in section 4 of this document.
